I have just started to watch the Lost: Season 1 on DVD. I was late to find out about this show, and then didn’t want to start in the middle when I knew the type of show that it would be. I have to say, I am impressed by the almost movie-like quality that it has. I am never 100% sure on what is going to happen. I’m about 13 episodes in now, I’ll make my Season 1 summarization later.

I have to give a kudo to Netflix for running such a cool company. I’ve been trying to watch Lost because I heard it was a fairly good show, but didn’t want to go out and buy the DVDs. I’ve been putting them on my que for the last few weeks, and they have been sending one by one. I just got the next one in the mail, just to feed my inner lost.

Sadly, GVCS (my old school) suffered a lost in tonight’s basketball semifinals. They played a great game with some setbacks, and with the location of the game (Northstar Christian Academy) they coped well.

Hopefully the team can come back next year with a good attitude and a winning team. Good job this year GVCS!
